Funk Your Sunday

In some cities, you can dance till dawn and have breakfast in the disco before heading home. Funky Brunch started in Geneva with the reverse idea of throwing in funk, rock or soul music with your brunch. It is a pop-up restaurant with changing venues. Last Sunday, I was invited to the launch of Funky Brunch in Lausanne. This first edition took place downtown at the N20 bar-restaurant. The set up was rather cosy though a little dark. It surely did not keep us from enjoying the buffet spread of scrambled eggs, sausages, muesli, burgers and pastries. The singer and DJ did make the brunch all the more original and enjoyable.
Sunday brunches are about taking things slow and easy. So, almost no makeups (only a mascara), and a simple outfit of scratch sneakers, black skinny jeans, flower print top, perfecto jacket and 3.1 Phillip Lim satchel.

Wearing: Jerôme Dreyfuss sneakers / H&M pants / Zara top / mango jacket / 3.1 Phillip Lim bag
